I was asked to design a magazine, but first of all I was going to have to do some research on 

how we wanted out magazine to look including the layout of the magazine, what colours that we

 were going to use, dark or light, we were looking for font colours as well that would go. The program that we were going to use to make or magazine cover was Adobe Photoshop, this is a good program to use because you can do pretty much what ever you want with the image. Including cropping, layering, change the texture and colour of the image and much more. Here are a few magazines that I looked at

This is the football magazine fourfourtwo, which is aimed 

at ages from around 11-45. It is a very simple cover but 

effective with a range of font sizes.

Here is music magazine NME, that reviews new music, 

this is also keeps to basic effects with colours that 

stand out to the buyer of the mag.
